The Sissy Bar Stealth Luggage Rack is compatible with 2009-2023 Harley Touring models and is designed for 2009-2013 Harley Touring models. It is not compatible with Trike, 2009-Later CVO models with Rigid Mount Tour-Pak, and 2014 Touring models with Rigid Mount Tour-Pak. The Sissy Bar is made of solid steel, and the backrest pad is made of synthetic leather.
